Koolance PC4-1024 Water Cooling System (no nozzles)
The Koolance PC4-1024SL Liquid Cooled Case system provides powerful and efficient liquid cooling by Koolance. In this new generation of liquid cooling system, performance is accelerated with over three times the coolant flow rate of previous dual-pump systems (>6L/min), a triple 120mm fan heat exchanger, and updated electronics.
The Koolance PC4-1024SL Liquid Cooled Case system is for heavy thermal applications utilizing multiple heat sources such as multi-CPU, video cards, and other components which can benefit from high heat capacity liquid cooling. The Koolance PC4-1024SL cooling backbone is comprised of two main parts: a full-length heat exchanger, and a combined reservoir/pump/control in a single 5.25" bay unit.
Because the new Koolance PC4-1024’s water pump is considerably more powerful than in older models, it will produce somewhat more noise than Koolance dual-pump systems. The Koolance PC4-1024SL system is intended for users who place a much greater emphasis on the performance aspect of liquid cooling, rather than simply noise reduction.

Koolance PC4-1024SL Case: How it works (minus the Techno Babble)
The Koolance liquid cooled systems are comprised of the following components
Liquid Coolant is pumped from a DC powered water pump, which is either mounted internally inside of the Koolance reservoir or externally near the reservoir (pre-installed).
This liquid is pumped through clear tubing (choose 1/2", 1/3", 1/4") to the first water block. The coolant will rush into the cooling block and absorb and carry away the heat that passes from the CPU to the base of the cooling block.
This heated water continues from block to block picking up more and more heat until it finally travels to the radiator. At the radiator, heat will be passed from the cooling liquid into the metal tubes/fins of the radiator. At this point the heat will radiate from the radiator and be dispersed by the cooling fans. The coolant then returns back to the coolant reservoir only to repeat the process again and again.
Cooling Blocks Not Included
The Koolance CPU cooling water block is not included with this Koolance
case, you must add a cooler such as the Koolance CPU-330 cpu cooler to your
PcPowerZone shopping cart in order to have this added to your Koolance order.
The default Koolance water cooling coolant line used in this Koolance case will be 3/8" (no longer fixed size, you add the fittings and tubing of your choice), please use 3/8" nozzles on your Koolance cpu cooler for best performance. Additional coolers can be added using either 3/8" or ¼" fittings as needed.
When using cooling blocks utilizing ¼" fittings on your Koolance case water cooled pc system, you will want to use the included Koolance tubing splitters (comes with all of our Koolance case's and Exos systems) to reduce the 3/8" tubing coming out of the Koolance water pump into dual, parallel ¼" coolant channels for various cooling block configurations. This helps prevent reducing the coolant flow rate within the coolant channel within your Koolance water-cooling system.
The Koolance Cooling system can be used with any brand water blocks such as Koolance, Danger Den, ThermalTake, Cooler Master, etc. The Koolance copper water blocks are electroplated with a thin layer of 24k gold to prevent a chemical reaction from taking place between the copper and aluminum within the Koolance cooling system, most of the other brand of water-blocks will not feature electroplated copper to reduce corrosion.
How long is the Koolance warranty?
Koolance covers their complete product line with one year of warranty coverage.
In order to have a product serviced under warranty by Koolance, you will need
to have a copy of your PcPowerZone purchase invoice for proof of purchase.
Can I use other liquid coolants within my Koolance cooling system?
Yes you can, but if you do use a non-Koolance brand coolant within your Koolance
water-cooling system you will void your warranty.
Some coolants have been known to cause damage to various plastic components within some Koolance pumps and coolers with resin tops, take heed.
I used a non-Koolance coolant and now I need my Koolance product serviced
under warranty for a part that did not come in contact with the coolant. Will
my Koolance cooling liquid cooling product be covered by Warranty?
Again, once you use a non-Koolance brand coolant within your Koolance
system any Koolance product used within the same system will have the warranty
voided. In the end, it will be up to the manufacturer to make the final decision.
I tested my new Koolance PC4 based cooling system by dry running the pump;
it does not work. What do I do?
You can NOT dry run any PC4 based Koolance water-cooled system! Not for 1
second or 1 minute! Never dry run any PC4 based Koolance pump as for this will
destroy your Koolance water pump.
Water is needed to properly lubricate and cool a pump… you wouldn't (well most of us) run your car for any period of time without having motor oil in your engine… it is the same principle with the Koolance PC4 based cooling systems.
No coolant equals a DEAD PUMP! Once any Koolance PC4 based pump is ran without coolant, your warranty is void for the pump… replacement will be done at the users expense.
Can I use other brand liquid cooling blocks with my Koolance cooling system?
Will it void my Koolance warranty?
Yes, you can use any brand liquid cooling block with your Koolance cooling
system without voiding your warranty. This does not mean that PcPowerZone recommends
doing so.
DangerDen water blocks are commonly used with Koolance cooling systems. Although DangerDen is known for good quality and cooling results, the copper base plates can potentially react with the aluminum used within a Koolance system since it is not coated with a corrosion inhibitor. Please monitor your Koolance system for potential corrosion when using any cooling block with copper exposed to the cooling circuit.
Another thing to consider when using some of the "other" brand coolers is that a lower quality, improperly designed water cooling block will often require higher pump pressure and flow rate to work effectively. The Koolance cooling blocks are designed properly for use with the Koolance flow rate, giving optimum performance.
If I order a Koolance water cooling product that I do not need, or change
my mind on what I Koolance item that I want can I return it?
The answer is no to this question (sorry guys). The reason being that
PcPowerZone can not risk taking back any Koolance (or any brand) liquid cooling
product that had been exposed to liquid, chemicals or even scratched which can
all pose serious consequences to the user if the product were to ship to another
customer.
"Why do I see the words "no nozzles" next to some Koolance items?"
Many of the Koolance products are now allowing the user to add the tubing
nozzle fitting size of their choice. Some customers prefer to use ½ inch fittings
on their Koolance water- cooling systems, others prefer 3/8 inch or even ¼ inch
tubing.
All Koolance systems and coolers now use standardized G1/4 threads for all Koolance cooling blocks, and now even the Koolance cooling systems which feature customizable fitting sizes. This makes choosing the correct Koolance nozzles easy, the threading will be G1/4 (not M12), leaving you to choose the needing fitting size to meet your cooling application.
